BMCPC and Jao Tsung-I Academy jointly present a lecture series on life education and Chinese culture, with the theme of 'Funeral Etiquette and Chinese Culture' this time.
"Capping,Wedding, Funeral, and Ancestral Sacrifice"(冠婚葬祭), collectively termed family rites or the Four Rites, summarize the key stages of life and form the foundation of Chinese cultural values. This lecture will elucidate funeral etiquette through the lens of the Four Rites, explain funeral rites from the perspective of these Four Rites, and analyze the cultural meanings behind.
BMCPC Lecture Series consists of 8 lectures in total, featuring expert talks and cultural tours to delve deeper into the meaning behind funeral-related topics, cherishing and perpetuating the traditions of Chinese funeral culture.
